In order for us to process your order accurately and efficiently, important information such as your name, telephone number, email address, mailing address, physical address, and payment information (credit/debit card number, expiration date, etc.) is needed.  However, all of the information you enter is protected by a secure server using specialized encryption technology called Secure Sockets Layer (SSL). Therefore, your personal information is kept completely private.

Shipping

Schoolhouse Source offers a couple of different shipping options. They are as follows:

Standard - Ship Media Mail via the USPS to anywhere in the U.S. This service can take anywhere from 5-10 Postal days to arrive from the day we ship your order. Customers on the west coast should allow closer to two weeks. However, for customers in Hawaii and Alaska please allow 3-4 weeks for delivery.

Priority - Ship via the USPS and usually takes 2-3 days from the day we ship your order. The cost for this service varies depending on the item(s) ordered and where the order is being shipped. Please email us at shs@schoolhousesource.com for the appropriate shipping charges.

For all BJU Press items please allow up to 3 - 5 business days for us to process your order. Please allow 7-10 days for orders payable by check to be shipped.

Return Policy

You must contact us in advance to obtain authorization on any return. When you contact us we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA #). The RMA number must be clearly written on the outside of the box and postmarked no later than 30 days from your receipt, or your return will be refused.

Books -  We do not accept any partial returns on kits and sets. In addition, any item that is returned must be returned to us in its original condition within 30 days of receipt, NO EXCEPTIONS. Shrink-wrapped items must be returned shrink-wrapped. If you return product to us for a refund without our authorization, or if the return does not meet these guidelines it will be returned to you and credit will not be given. Please contact us immediately should you receive any defective or damaged items.

Media - Due to copyright issues opened software cannot be returned. Only defective or damaged software can be returned to us and it must be returned within 30 days of receipt. Please contact us immediately should you receive any defective or damaged items. If there is a technical problem with the software preventing it from running properly on your computer, we will need a full explanation of the problem.

Please be advised that we will not be responsible for items that are lost in the mail when being returned to us. Therefore, we recommend that you insure your return.
